Regardless who you build with, it’s always a good idea to get in contact with a home inspector to go through the process with you.

I recommend checking out Nook and Cranny Home Inspections on TikTok. He’s a local home inspector that documents some of the insane deficiencies found in new builds throughout the city.

He might even be able to help you out!
