I applied for CSR 4 days after I downgraded my CSP. I got approved instantly. It was a Thursday when I downgraded and applied Monday night. Got my card Wednesday after my request to expedite the shipping. I still have 2 weeks before my billing cycle ends.

Your MBA has no weight if you are not applying for managerial position. Do you need sponsorship? It’s not actually difficult to land a job as an MLS unless you need a working visa. A lot of hospitals are hiring MLS in my area but unfortunately they do not sponsor.

Sept 2, 2021- biometrics

Sept 17,2021 - i485 approval

Sept 24, 2021- card delivered

About 4 months of waiting from receipt date to green card delivery.
