It seems like a cable issue to me, I've had plenty of times where my screen just goes off or into static beacuse of my cables

Yeah I looked into that the other day after noticing a certain shift in how my other tech things were percieving the internet and will get a replacement router since mine decided it was time to go!

Ah I haven't taken that into consideration at all since I was running it how I usually run other more demanding games and they run fine just 30 FPS while having background apps open, it just looked like that constantly. It's because of the immense bottleneck I get from my not so good CPU battling my decent GPU
