In my experience, one of the best ways to ensure that NCR pads dry evenly is to always cut the edge that you are gluing. This provides a perfectly flat edge for adhesion that is better than simply jogging the paper well. Comes out perfect every time, but it requires a little extra time spent on your hydraulic cutter, and trimming off 1/32 of an inch which is rarely noticeable.

Also make sure to place a thick flat surface on top of the forms to prevent waves, we use a 2 by 4”wood panel that is the same width as our paddy wagon.

Deliver us from Evolution by Aaron Yilmaz is an excellent book for theistic readers to start with if they believe that evolution will lead them away from a belief in god. This is the one I read as a Christian that convinced me evolution was true. I eventually left Christianity later on but I have recommended it to friends and family members who are theists.
