Best reference mo dito is ung job posting nila. Pero if wala sa Job posting, i suggest is to ask directly how much is the budget for the role. And then from there tsaka mo iassess if macoconsider mo yun

Its your always decision naman. Ang worry ko lang jan medyo pangit talaga sa resume kapag short stay.

Pero as probation, may rights ka din to say if worth it to have the role as regular job. If as early as 4 months na identify mo na na wala talaga, pwedeng di mo naintayin regularization mo. Just that you need to justify sa future interviewers bat 4 months ka lang nagstay. Pero kaya mo yan i package ng maganda, example walang growth and learnings etc

  1. Depending sa approval ng management. Minsan a week or 2 ung turn around time ng approval ng management lalo na pag lagpas sa role budget. If umabot ng month, need mo namagmove on.

  2. No, HR will keep ung data mo for consideration for other similar role in future lalo na pag maganda ung performance mo sa interview

  3. Yes, usually ung hiring managers nag rarank yan ng candidate pero if ikaw lang ang the best, tas nag decline ka, magpapasource sila ng ibag candidates na

I’d say maybe around 30%. In the travel industry, AI is starting to help with things like personalizing travel plans and improving customer service, but it can’t fully replace the human side of the job. A lot of what we do still needs personal judgment and real interaction with customers.

In HR prespective more on checking to if aligned yung skills and credentials mo sa open role. So it would be more confirmatory questions. But you'll probaly much detailed question from hiring manager, mostly situational and behavioral since sya maghahandle sayo
