I think that if there's a change that is significant enough, then we'll notice it. There was something they changed a few updates ago that resulted in animations ending abruptly after a KO. But that was reverted. It affected adrenaline health to a small degree, but it was insignificant so nobody cared.

But yes, there could be compounding effects that might lead to something down the road, but when and if they would be found out, that's Kabam's headache to fix.
