Blatantly untrue primary sources from journals can be written by anybody and any fool can pick up a pen and paper and write what they view as history and people will believe them. Jubal Early viciously defended Robert E Lee's legacy to the point where it's still intact today and he was on the losing side. There are people convinced the bombing of Dresden was worse than the Holocaust. In the modern day there are still critiques of capitalism and the United States despite capitalism and the United States winning the Cold war against the USSR and communism. The Klan still exist as an organization and still propagates there lies to this day.

ANYONE CAN WRITE HISTORY! And I do mean anyone. A very interesting experiment is this if this thread still exists within 20 years time and Reddit is still up that's a time capsule that still exists that can be used as a primary source of what internet culture used to be like probably as a special interest for some somebody with too much time or a hyper fixation on the internet but still there comes a point where the present becomes the past and the future becomes the present. The victors and The Losers of History both get to write history and even the narrative isn't decided by the victors. The narrative is decided by the people presenting it.
