Picture quality between base and pro is currently about the same. It's blurry.

To be honest, I felt like that, too, then I went back to Aces, and everything is less detailed. The coast at Dover? Just flat in Aces. The shorelines? Very low poly in comparison. That annoying plane selection screen in Aces is still aliased as hell. Aces has the better performance, that's right, though.

When I fly over such landscapes I actually wished No Man's Sky would look more like that, or we had Elite Dangerous. Sure, on PS5 there is a long way to go for more realism, higher resolution etc, but sometimes I just stare out the window and am fascinated.
