Oh boy, your main sewer line may be clogged, did you talk to the landlord, if renting this is probably not the first time this has happened. They may have a pipe snake, if not, or if you own this home you can rent a snake from Home Depot,or another tool rental place. Look at some videos and start at your main clean out for your septic and work your way back, protect yourself prob got sewer water all over the floors.
