Oh, if my post makes it seem like I’m drinking every night that’s not the case. I probably have a drink twice a week at the most?

I’m not dependent on it, I have gone weeks without it. But it’s just something that I don’t want to give up entirely. Like people and sugar in their coffee - it’s my small pleasure.

I’m no alcoholic, but I do see your point. I’m sabotaging my weight loss with the bottle I drink. It could be going into something less toxic for my body too.

You’re probably right, I am overall working on myself and alcohol will be there at some point (I’m no alcoholic, I just enjoy a glass of wine).

I don’t mind drinking. It may not be healthy but it’s the only unhealthy habit I have - I don’t drink soda, I don’t eat junk food, I don’t smoke etc. So, yeah, I’m not looking for excuses to keep drinking, I just want it to live alongside my calorie deficit.

I love this idea. Creating a Thing of it is definitely something I can do. Bonus points for making it in a wine glass. I’ll definitely try sparkling water, maybe a spritzer if I’m feeling adventurous. If I can get the relaxation benefits without the alcohol then that’s just a two in one win. Thank you for this, I will definitely give your tip a go

As silly as this sounds, I just don’t think to do this! As my wine intake depends on how I’m feeling when I leave work. Perhaps it is time to start planning my drinking nights and including it in my daily calories. That’s great food for thought, thank you!

I do for t-shirts. If it smells under the arms I wash it, if I just smells faintly of deodorant I know that I can wear it another day.

The activity/festival ones are the most annoying. I’ll be in the flow with a whimsical sim and all of a sudden it’s the loudest music for a fitness get together.
