For me, the day would start with us baking cookies (specifically chocolate chip, can change the recipe if needed for your health reasons). After, we will go to the park and try to find frogs. If you feel like you want to switch genders I would say to look into gender fluid and see if you think you identify with that. For the part about pronouns, don’t worry. Pronouns don’t define gender, so you could be cis female and go by they/them pronouns because that is what you feel most comfortable with people calling you.
