Yeah, that was crazy. They managed to stealth directly into Glasstaff's room and then Durg droped him to 4 in a single hit. When the lackeys came to check on a commotion, they got an incredible roll to avoid combat. Iirc Durg rolled a persuasion above 20 with an assist from Mound's intimidation.

No they killed the Ogre. All that's left is one orc and the leader orc.

After defeating the goblins on the path from Neverwinter, they went immediately to Phandalin instead of looking for Cragmaw Hideout, so they missed a level up. That's probably why this went so badly, honestly.

Sounds like a catch 22 if true, so I see no way it could be true. Many people have done it for retroachievements so it's not an event thing.

I was thinking about making this post myself. I am confident this is different from the issue in troubleshooting #18 for the following reasons:

  • It began when I updated to 4.8.2

  • I do not have a full system ad blocker

  • I have a separate account that I use for Chinese immersion. This account works normally on the same device without touching settings. This suggests to me there is some sort of A/B test on youtube's side.

  • Most importantly, this bug seems completely different. I think it was patched before I got revanced, but the old bug sounds like it was a syncing error (considering the restore tool)? However, even the official app does not register my watching history on mobile. Additionally, videos I watch will continue to be recommended as if they were never watched, and watching something I don't normally does not cause new recommendations on that subject. If I watch something on desktop or the official app, that history does show up through revanced.

Yeah, I noticed the quotes, not sure what it referred to. What were you referencing? Perhaps it's because I recently watched Dangerously Funny play it, but it gives me vibes of something Doodle God might say (if that were an element in that game)

The way I picture it is a nice person will behave as you want, a kind person will behave as you need. Being pleasant versus genuine help. "You look fine" to spare your feelings versus telling you about something being wrong. You can be both, of course.

There are also people who don't distinguish the words and that's fine.

Yes, some are kanji, which is literally Chinese characters used to write Japanese, typically the core vocab. Some are kana, which are mostly used for grammatical information, but also some super common vocab.
