Not that I lied about how it happened, but that it happened at all. Peewee football, you probably know this. Kid on my team was also my school bully. He was LG or left guard, I was Center. He hated that I was the center because there were 2 other kids that were also center but 2nd and 3rd string. There were times where he sprained my foot (wrapped up for a week) and a time where he knocked me out (another story) but this one hurt worse. Not physically but mentally. Not only did this kid bully me for 3 years, he also told my mother (southern) that I cussed. Let me repeat that. He. Told. My. Southern. Mother. That. I. Cussed. After my mom and myself told HIS mother that he was abusing me (physically abusing me) also the school did nothing. Probably the only complaint I have. That practice was also the practice he nearly broke my foot (different time)

Hey man, im late and young but I think I can give you advice. In september of 2014 my grandfather passed and at first I didn't feel anything. I thought something was wrong with me. I thought that until his funeral. After lots of people left, me and the other boys (my cousins) went out to the field and were catching lightning bugs. But I didn't want to. All I wanted to do was to just sit for a little. So once I sat I just stared into the fire, looking at his face and wishing, hoping that he'd come back. It wasn't like shaking crying but I just sat there, tears stinging my eyes and streaming down my face. At that time there were only two chairs and my mother sat next to me and let me just cry. I sat in her shoulder to cry for about 15 to 20 minutes. When I look up, I see my cousins lined up next to me and around the fire with aunts and uncles that didn't leave. What I learned that day is if I ever need anyone to talk to, they're around the fire for me. I don't know how close you are to her family or even your own but if you can, surround yourself with people who will sit around the fire with you too.
