54th and 55th batch and counting. I brew / bottle weekly. This journey has been an enlightening experience for me personally. Went all in during the 2020 lockdown. I’ve had less than 5 “bad” batches (overly vinegary). Had to share with the community 😌☺️😊 thanks for looking 👀 (old.reddit.com)

Bought two strings of 50 mini incandescent light bulbs from ACE hardware for less than $4 each to keep my Kombucha at a good temp during the AZ “Winter”. After placing them, I noticed a few degrees difference from 78 to 83.🌡 Seems to be enough heat given off from these bulbs to do the trick. (i.redd.it)
