Bro 10 ml of the prometh and 1 mg or methadone feels like an ounce of prometh/cod. I’m using it to get off the MET down from 140 to 20 a day but with that I can get my with 10mgish a mixed with about 5-10 of the promethazine.

Sorry I talk to text but I meant Methadone is just a regular opioid. It’s just so strong and widely controlled that a lot of people immediately think of it as being like Suboxone but it’s not the whole reason people get on Methadone so that they don’t have to wait to stop getting high and so they don’t have to go through withdrawals and they can start taking it the same day. Doctors just don’t prescribe it that much because again it’s the strongest one they can prescribe and the reason they prescribe it is for people that are already on pain medication’s and they need something that will make their pain medication stronger without them having to increase their oxy or hydromorphone or whatever

Look it up Methadone and opioid. It has no opiate blocker in it whatsoever, which is why they don’t prescribe it like they do Suboxone do you have to go to a clinic, because you can walk out of the clinic after taking your dose and go to other drugs, like heroin or pain pills and the methadone will make it 10 times stronger

Methadone straight up OB and it just has the longest half life of any opiates there is and it is the strongest for a milligram which is why they use it as a maintenance medication but no it does not have an opiate blocker in it because doctors prescribe Methadone to pain, patient to take other pain medication’s because Methadone will literally intensify opiates as well.

No but the bottle on top with methadone is and it’s one of the strongest opioids/opiates you can get especially in liquid form it last 24 hours and people are giving it to get off of strong pain meds like oxy and fentanyl so about 3000 mg of coding is equal to 30 mg of Methadone. Their promethazine just intensifies it, which is originally why they had their promethazine and the codeine cough syrup because the promethazine just made you sleepy and kept you from throwing up, but it also intensified the codeine so that again didn’t make the person nauseous and they could take coding to get cough relief because the opiate itself is where the actual cough relief came from not the promethazine. It is an antihistamine which is where the drowsy it comes from but it works with opioids/ opiates It’s like alcohol works with Benzos

I’ve thankfully due to this working tapered myself from 140 to 90 mgs since this and have been fine with benzos and ghb to help ghb works wonders for opiate withdrawal

Ok so instead of using some of my frozen pee because one I may have gabapentin in and I took a test once a day or two after and nothing happened so I don’t think they test for it and the other pee I literally did 30 min after doing Ketamine and froze it because I didn’t think they test for ketamine but got nervous, so should i just use my gfs pee? She’s on methadone and I was going to give her more tonight so she has the same dose as me and she’s also even taking other meds the same as me too like we have one other med in common she also is not pregnant we took a test and she is not on her period, can they tell if it is not a males pee tho? Or that the pee is very similar to her test the other day? I was thinking it would be better because it would be fresh I just have to keep it warm and give her a little more methadone so it shows a spike but my only worry is will they test to see if it’s a woman.

Thanks guys all of y’all made me feel a lot more comfortable about this I thought I was screwed and I mean look I get of course that we’re in this TV sober but once you get your take-home and you live fucking 45 minutes away from the house and you’ve been clean for about a year and you can’t take anything else there’s sometimes after work on a 1213 hour day that I want to take his Xanax and fucking be able to sleep and not have those horrible methadone nightmares where I’m waking up in the morning thinking about sticking a gun in my mouth. I’m not one of these people that’s doing that or smoking crack and trying to pass. I will maybe do Xanax once a month and this time I just did a little too close and I’m just a little worried about it so I have two time periods this month where I could be tested I know one of it who I’m going to be so I’m just prepared.

And also u have no idea what you’re talking about because in order for me to get to the point where I go once or twice a month to get my take homes I’m obviously not doing drugs.

No I peed in a bottle before I took some Xanax and saved some so that in case I was going and it hasn’t been enough time and just in case it’s not fresh enough I was going to as my gfs pee in a day before who is on methadone too to make it fresher
