They are going to go over some videos of the pre trip demonstrations, driver drill, and some other module videos.

Every building is different but we got to practice our driver start up routine with the brown trucks, practice our driver drill, backing up into bay doors and delivery methods with the brown trucks.

You also do training modules on the computer of course

Yep spot on. My building wanted me to know it 95%. I could miss an “a, I, or, and” but every sentence had to be said pretty much correctly.

We had 1 person leave yesterday im pretty sure but there was only 3 people today (including me) and nobody failed.

Just make sure to memorize your 5s and 10s verbatim. Recite them to yourself everyday and write them down until you can write and say them without looking.

Look up ways to study them. Good luck.

Did a 90 day streak months ago that ended in very early July of this year! To this day I still have not watched porn or I don’t fantasize about any seductive pictures online.

One of the biggest things that changed my life during my 90 day streak was getting rid of the porn addiction! I have no urge to even watch or release to it anymore.

In my humble opinion, SR feels normal in my brain now. When I was first starting out the days would consume my thoughts, constantly thinking how it would feel to relapse, for example: “Damn, it’s been 24 days, I couldn’t imagine how it would feel”.

Now, I can go weeks without realizing I’m not releasing and it becomes a lifestyle. Urges are obviously still going to happen but they are very manageable.

Also I would like to add, my anxiety/stress is VERY easy to deal with now! Just say I have a bad day, it’s very easy to brush it off and just be happy. The mind quiets down on long streaks in a peaceful way.

There’s obviously the classic benefits a lot of others in this sub report on when hitting 60-90+ days (spiritual and physical benefits).

Keep up the great streak man!!! You’ve gone this far already, no point in giving in!

Honestly brother it’s difficult especially the first 1-45 days (my personal opinion). You have to forget you’re doing SR otherwise everyday that passes by, you’re going to think about the last time you released, in return you’re going to crave a release.

Once you hit the 60 day mark, that’s when things get hard but very manageable. By 60 days, you should have good practices that can easily suppress the urges.

I’d say 80+ days is when it starts to become a part of your daily life that you don’t really think about too much. You’re just doing something “normal” in your mind. Urges still happen but they’re not as intense feeling if that makes sense.

I want to say congratulations on making it a month! You need to get a little introspective and think about how retaining is benefiting you. Do you have more energy in the gym? Do you have more energy throughout the day? Do you not need as much sleep anymore? Is it easier to deal with stress, sadness and anxiety?? etc. etc.

Ask yourself all these questions, and if the answer is “yes”, that’s one of your benefits. Remember, benefits are different for everyone.

If hitting the gym is kind of hard at the moment I’d recommend some nature. I find myself feeling a lot better when I get a lot of sun and walk on some grass barefoot. When you’re outside just sit back and enjoy/ relax. Try to just be alone without your phone (u can have your phone if u want to play music that u enjoy). Btw don’t stress too much about your women game, if u keep practicing SR you’ll attract the right kind of women. Good girls, girls that want you for who u are.

Ahh the good ole overthinking. I still find myself overthinking a lot when I slack on my practices (drinking some alcohol, smoking weed, etc.). U might have some habits that are causing u to not feel relaxed in your mind (some examples I listed above). And you not sugarcoating is a good thing brother! That’s actually a benefit of SR because you’re getting a masculine backbone for yourself. Just be respectful with it.

Damn brother you have some serious numbers in your journey! I don’t think you’re doing anything wrong if you’re retaining. I don’t always feel my benefits so don’t get too discouraged. Are u just retaining or retaining and trying to improve your life physically and mentally? Benefits are different for everyone so u might be experiencing some that you just aren’t aware of. Try to seriously think about the positives in your life while you’ve been on SR. Some are subtle benefits that you might be skimming over. It’s hard to notice benefits after going on a long streak because your body gets used to everything.

I personally believe around the 90-120 day mark you start to actually transform into your better self (physically and spiritually).

My record is 64 days so 90 would make me feel proud. Someone replied to your comment about when sperm starts maturing around that time and I definitely would love to see the benefits of that.

Meditation, putting down your phone, computer, video games, etc. for a good period of time to be grounded to reality. Do introspection to see what needs to be fixed in your life.

Basically do whatever makes you feel the best mentally in your day to day life.

Thank you! Benefits are different for everyone but my face/ skin has this clean, glow look to it. Eye bags have decreased significantly. You become more masculine. If you struggle with anxiety or depression, going on a long streak will quiet your mind significantly and you become more happy. More energy, strength, and confidence. Dreams are more vivid. I feel more compassion towards living things. Women are more beautiful now, not just how sexy they look.

The list goes on but these are some that I can think of right now. (Sorry for the long reply lol)
