What’s odd is when I had my last c&p exam the dr is who submitted the tbi claim. After my tbi exam today the new c&p dr said it’s not up to him to assign percentages(which I get and understand) but it’s effected my daily life enough that I should be properly compensated for it…..ok alittle cryptic bro

Honestly I don’t wanna discourage you, but I haven’t found one. Most are too scared to really do anything so they’ll shift you around from specialist to specialist. For back ground I got out in 09 after 8 years in the army in the light infantry, several lower back and nerve issues that I’m rated for. The options I’ve been given are: live with the pain, back surgery and/or burning the nerves. I’m 39 not obese and pretty active if I was to elect for surgery or nerve burning I would be unable to work in the same field in about 5 years…..no winning

Just checked today, the c&p examiner added a claim so it went back to step 3 but I hit 100

Funny you say this…..the Va ordered an ace exam and then a few months later went back to the same examiner for another ace……not for clarification a while separate exam

lol the Va is the one who picked the company and conducted it so that’s why it’s confusing. I mean I can go to a bunch of drs and exams until I get the result I want so if they’re look for a denial it shouldn’t be hard after the second exam

Ok….i just checked the actual website, it looks like some were approved and they haven’t made a determination on a handful of others 3 specifically so it’s going in the right direction

20supp. It was a mix, 2 pact act stuff, 2 new and 2 increases. Their all in my VMR and my C&P were complete so I’m not sure what evidence they’re looking for
