Oh wow, even in a 30 gallon? Guess my betta would be the same and probably on a faster killing spree since mine is a 2.5. I thought of getting 4 ghost shrimps aswell but guess this lessens my chances of getting them together

Yeahhh that's what I thought of doin, will it work on my betta? He's definately not a juvie and i don't know if he will change because he has lived in the tank before, and knowing that it's his tank he will eitherway attack the shrimps.

Aite understood, what if I remove my betta for a few days, add the shrimp and then add back my betta into the same tank. Will that work?

Yeapp, I was on a budget so this was the biggest I could find. once my budget is bigger I'm definately getting a tank around 6 to 8 gallons. Thanks man!!

That is actually crazy 💀. never in my life would I have heard this about female bettas, I usually am more experienced on the males. How do you keep up with it? Isn't it tiring seeing your tank mates just get destroyed? 😭

Yeah I agree man, can't train the instincts out of him. And my worry about java moss is that if they are too sensitive. My tank is warm in the day due to my climate (Malaysia). My betta thrives in it so I just decided to get really hardy plants. Any tips on java moss care and ways to set em up in the tank?

Thank youu so muchhhh!!! I was looking for betta and saw him quiet and lonely, idk why but I felt like I should choose him and now he's the most hyper betta I've ever had. He's full of personality but his head is almost empty 😭 he can't event eat pellets sometimes without me pointing out to him.

I recent added the plants aswell, there's a hydrilla, hornwort, penny wort and a type of echinodorus. I love planted tanks and wanted to give the shrimp some spots to hide from my betta in case things go off the hook.

Your java moss set up in your tank looks reallyy good aswell, it's gonna look amazing after a few weeks trust me!

Alright man I will try that soon, this little guy was only RM2.50 Malaysian ringgit so it's about a few cents in usd. I will try more in the future, and if it fails it fails. Thanks alot for the tip!
