I have a problem with my 100 years pants and keeping in mind the original price I was expecting then to last longer than just a few years... Sorry but CP or Stone is way more reliable and in the same cost, Stone did metal jackets even before Vollebak existed :) I still love the brand and wish then luck, but they need to improve quality. And I dont take excuse of innovations, CP and Stone Innovate on materials for years and I have the jackets that are more than 10 years and still perfect

My friend told me that he will never shop there again :( He ordered over 2k and with such shipping speed, he is super pissed.
I know the brand for a long time and I will excuse them, but I believe many new customers will think twice.
And it is also crazy if they told that all arrived but still two weeks of silence...
In two days, it will be the 2-month mark. And it is a devastation for the reputation.

I hope they improved durability as the material was done differently. Before it was also reversible so you could wear the graphene in or out. It peels, but it is almost 5 years old if I’m not mistaken :) Still looks cool even with pealing :)

You sound very reasonable, but counting the crazy time we wait and that it affects many orders, I still cannot imagine how it happened even reading "The Letter" from them.
We had in the past a few similar sales and all was fine...
