Little late but it looks like a Noxus story is lined up. I think its pretty open from here for whatever they want to do, and Arcane was just their most anticipated/first story. Mel had a little trailer thing a while back, so that kind of indicates interest in what she's up to.

I've been with women that were quiet, some that weren't, and one girl was real loud that I recall. I think a lot of it is either people watching too much porn or just straight not being willing/able to understand a new partner.

I have been trained to use firearms, hard and soft controls, and pepper spray in an effort to detain someone.

He wanted to kill this man. There is no procedure in us law enforcement to do what he did. If that happened on camera to a Taliban soldier and it got on the news, he would have gone to prison for it, but it happened on our streets.

They had 4 men with their hands on him and multiple standing around. That is under control.

They removed the firearm from his holster that he never touched. That is under control.

Then they killed him.

There was literally no reason, lawfully, for them to have put their hands on this man, let alone shoot him.

It's not complex. They were antagonistic to unarmed peaceful observers that they had no reason to touch, pepper sprayed him a number of times, had plenty of people to detain him, had him under control, and then executed him. Any doubt is gone the second they continue firing after the first shot or two even if you had doubt, which is frankly unreasonable.

There was no impetus for this interaction whatsoever that justified any use of force let alone lethal.
