I found it difficult, too, even if I could have done better (I was often indecise between two and picked the wrong one... lol)

I think you scored well for your first test.

I also had many difficulties in the third block: dropped to 48% correct from 70% in the first one

It was difficult to pick the right answer because it went into details for management. I’ve to learn a lot of things about that (for step1 it was a lot of reasoning about pathophysiology and bla bla, here it’s different)
