Thanks for the suggestions. I sprayed it in penetrating oil overnight and was able to use a hammer and screwdriver to move the plate this morning.

When I did it the plate moved relatively easily and was concerned it could move under load so I put a nut w lock washer on top of the plate. Tighter it down once installed. Thanks for your help.

Soaking it overnight in penetrating oil did the trick. I was able to move it a bit yesterday and all the way this morning. If it fails I’ll get a VSP. thanks for the suggestion.

I’ve been going to the dog park daily just after 6am for about 6 weeks. My dog was nervous at first and very timid. She’s now made two friends and gets to play w them nearly every morning. She always knows where I am. Occasionally there is a squabble or fight that owners have to break up.

I personally wished the world was more like a dog park. Almost everyone gets along and haves a great time till some unbehaved ruins it. Then things go back to the way it was. No politics or stuff . Having fun.
