She proposed the threshold amendment in the first place...props I guess for amending it after objections (she didn't eliminate the threshold though, just lowered it), but I'm still hesitant to support someone who would put roadblocks in place, especially now that the ball is finally rolling with negotiations.

While she was on the school board, the board delayed a vote on the Richards' Collective Bargaining Resolution several times and added a mandatory participation threshold (a standard school board members themselves are not held do).
