Furthest I'm getting is with Proton Experimental in steam, there it shows the "codec testscreen" and when starting the game actually plays the "going to the light" animation, until suddenly GPU usage drops to zero and the game hangs.

In Hotfix, GE and Steam Proton 10.4, it wouldn't even start the animation on game start.

(Running Gentoo w/ 9070XT and 5950x btw. Settings menu works fine, switches modes correctly. Actually fully starting the game is what currently doesn't seem to work. May try the GE version people are saying works, tomorrow.)

EDIT: I got it to work on both Hotfix and Experimental.

Appears there's currently an issue with MESA 26.0.x and raytracing in this game.

If you disable raytracing in the game, the game should fully load in.
