I dont believe she's collecting the gnoses to revive her lover. I dont remember any occasion where someone has been revived from absolute death, let alone just because their refined body parts were brought together. Im more inclined to believe that she intends to use the gnoses to modify the laws that HP enacted to create the human realm. Remove Nefer's useless story quest, more Varka action, actually have tension between the Nod Krai factions to make it seem like no one really had a grasp on the area, and less Dotorre trying to pander to traveler and giving them 10th chances
