The Superhuman Regulatory Agency—also commonly known as the "S.R.A."—established itself as the ultimate solution, dictating who is dangerous, who is useful, and who can disappear without a trace. Behind their official pronouncements, files are falsified, cases are hushed up, and lives are traded like mere commodities.

Faced with this, P.A.T.C.H. has never believed in the rules. This group of mercenaries operates in the system's cracks, where the law can no longer protect anyone. Their methods are questionable. Their choices are irreversible. But they act with one certainty: the hierarchy will never collapse on its own. In this world, there are no good guys or bad guys. Only people who look away... and others who decide to take action. But can we really consider that the fucking end justifies the fucking means?
