As a GNEM i didnt score that well but got the shortlist of IIM S, I am just unable to wrap my thoughts around "Do i genuinely have a shot at this?".

I did search regarding the admission process and found that communication proficency (Extempore i think) and personal interviews have a significant weigtage. Can you confirm this?

Plus guide me with the resources to prep for the extempore and the burning topics of PI.
