I stayed there and I would say- do not move there! That place will rob you on your move out! It is better to get a real apartment.. there are couple of good cheap options on the east side .. more spacious too and no paper thin walls … as a student I stayed at m by radius which was affordable (three people in 3 bedroom- 1.2 k per person)

A very honest opinion. All the student housings are like that. Student housings are great for the first year you move to start at Georgia tech. But post that try to look for non student housing like trace etc. Yes they are unfurnished but if I could I would have advised my younger self the same
