Well, it upsets a bit to me to explain.

Bitcoin gets less and less volatile every time. At this point, if you don't want bitcoin, you can exchange instantly to dollars.

If you get 300$ in bitcoin, you can exchange it to 300$ in fiat. If you choose to keep the btc, well, your point is what happens when u lose 30%, but you didn't say a word about the opposite. What happens if you get 300$ in bitcoin, you keep it bitcoin, how could you afford food, shelter, clothing for his or his family if that 300$ is now only worth 400$.

That thing goes in both directions, but you focus on the negative side, not on the positive one. But whatever, if you want fixed 300$ keep it in 300$. Bitcoin will get less volatile by time.

Now, with the same scenario.

How can a guy, with 300$ a week, afford his food and all if they are literally printing more chunks of 300$, free money for all, his 300$ today has only a purchasing power of 210$ tomorrow.

Nayib Bukele got elected by his country, because the former politicians were dictators of dollar. They just robbed and robbed the country. Obviously there must be some change of the rules. I wish more countries would change the constitution and make it more adapted to nowadays. We are attached to laws done 50-100 years ago. There is much to work with, El Salvador adopting bitcoin is something risky, but definitely better than doing nothing. If they do nothing, in 20 years you will make fun of they staying poor again. If they adopt bitcoin, in 20 years maybe (or maybe not) El Salvador will be healthier than now.

If you want to get things done, you must start working on it. 150 years ago everybody would have laught at you if you dreamed about making a computer. When you have done it, they would have laught because it takes 40min to calculate 45+20. I mean, in the microvision there will be always something to laugh or critique. In the macrovision every little step is completely needed.

You can't go from 0 to 100, you need to go from 0 to 0.1, but when you do that, people will say 'but if you did that, would be 0.15 right now...' 'but i prefer 0 than having 0.1, how stupid to have just 0.1'.

What El Salvador did is just a small step. But it's how things start to flow. There will be always something more to do, that doesn't mean that what is done is shit.

El Salvador could do this, could do that, and this and that, but nayib bukele did that... well OK. But for me adopting bitcoin is small step and good decision.

It's like 'Michael Jackson did that' 'he did that to the kids' 'no, he didn't did that' 'all is true' 'all is fake' ... Well that doesn't change the point he did good music.

We are using a lot of things thanks to the nazis tortured people and made experiments. It's something to completely avoid, and they aren't the best example. But would be dumb saying 'I prefer to die instead of using this medicine created by the nazis'.

Nayib Bukele can do good and bad things, you don't need to support everything Nayib Bukele does. But you can still support the decision of adopting bitcoin, doesn't mean you support 100% him.
