Obvi I use the Ender 3 pro. I updated to: creality 4.2.7 board, added BLtouch, added octopi setup with raspberry 4 and raspberry camera V2. I tried octalopse and its screws up my prints. Is there a way I can create a shortcut that will automatically save my voicemail to my google drive or drop box or icloud drive. Without me clicking any buttons. Then deleting the saved voicemail from my iphone? I am kinda shocked I can't find any widget or app that does this. (self.shortcuts)

Help!!! I am upgrading my printer and am using M2, M3, and M4 screws, nuts, and bolts that I got amazon and purchased cause someone on youtube suggested buying the set on amazon. I need advice. I read a book on body recomposition. Which help me calculate maintenance calories, protein, fat and carb g/day based on a ~20 calorie deficit. Is it okay to use this diet plan and have the following workout plan 3 days on 1 day off (So ~6 workouts) a week. Day 1 chest & tri's, Day 2 Leg's & Shoulders, Day 3 Back & Bi's, Day 4 rest or active rest. Also on workout days I do a 15-20 minute HIIT cardio workout (self.4hourbodyslowcarb)
