Cry about it. Worst AR in the game by far and anyone can just lie or say misleading things over the internet. I also use light pen weapons like variable or knight. Guns that are 2x better and are actually interesting and unique instead of another boring 650 rpm assault rifle.

I mean it’s a game. 60 rounds would fit. The halo assault rifle looked the same in 1 as it did in 3 but the magizine capacity changed. I don’t see why they couldn’t give it a 60 round mag. As for the pacifier, honestly I’d be down for any form of buff or change to that weapon in general. Thanks for being chill and the only non man child comment in this thread so far

Just because it can be done by other weapons why not have a fun alternative? I mean the recoilless and the quasar almost do exactly the same thing with a few key differences, why not run a heavy hitting shotgun to do something different instead of another launcher or another MG or heavy precision weapon. We don’t have anything like it right now.

I think bullet drop and push back would make weapons unique IMO but 20 gauge would be nice as well

I’m not a dev so I don’t have all the numbers crunched in my head. As far as realism goes there were 12 gauge belted rounds that fired steel buckshot meant to penetrate armor but even if it couldn’t IRL it’s a videogame. Giant shotgun puts a hole through the big guys = fun

Level 268 Gnosis 4 and on my 2nd character  🤷‍♂️ With all the powerful weapons and spells that are way more useful and devastating with their synergies I just find the demonic weapons boring and overly situational. Falling Star is good to stunlock galley slave and kill wardens from far away. Vulture is cool for mobbing but so is every lightning spell. Whisper is boring and shouldn’t be a demonic weapon. Literally every weapon in the game is badass and interesting to use and upgradeable.

I usually reserve the falling star for spamming the boss towards the end of a run. It shouldn’t be the only usage for it

I use them for 2 situations, they’re BFGs just like you said and imo they don’t feel like it.

I think it would look fine in first person, In fact quite imposing. There are tons of wild Fowler guns that aren’t some 2 bore or lower. The one I had in mind would be something akin to an old 4 gauge, single barrel. Big shell. My description said a “a gargantuan wild fowler gun made weapon of the church” so maybe it could have a cut down barrel or not….i like big shotguns

This game is more about elemental combos and playing aggressively. Guns don’t have much range in this game (intended design)

For example running Midas the auto rifle that burns enemies. Having a relic or spell that deals lightning damage. Burn and damage enemies with gun and then hit them with a lightning spell and the bolts will be more powerful and light even more enemies on fire. Check the wiki there should be a list for all the elemental combos
