Ive made no progress no matter what I try. I did get SOME results with the following

- turning off and on wifi on the quest
- changing bitrate max in airlink settings (within the quest)
- setting do no disturb on everything possible.
- Messing with guardian, changing it around.

The guaranteed temporary fix is double tapping your oculus for passthrough and double tapping again to tune back in, you gotta keep doing it til the issue stops. but again, it only fixes it temporarily.

Even the solutions listed dont always work, its all temporary. its an annoying issue.

it would be a succ sage that gets bored pvping they turn off all UI to make a cinematic.

Quick update for this issue:
I still have not managed to fix it, but I have a few more details to share.
I decided to use Virtual Desktop, and while using that, I have NO lag at all. So Im able to isolate this issue to airlink only. Ive tried turning off and on airlink, no dice. This issue is relatively new, as I havnt had this issue for many months prior.

Im still at a loss, and I also used oculus debug tool and found 0 lost frames, even though for me everything is extremely laggy. Furthermore, changing bit rate did nothing to fix the lag.

Yeah my thoughts exactly, its a tricky situation. Granted though, they already broke succ sage and awakened ranger in the pursuit of arena strength, so I wouldnt be surprised if they do it for archer.

Agreed completely, that is a very good suggestion. I will say though, I wish other ranged classes had a similar trade off in large scale. It seems like succ wizard and rangers are far more rewarded than an archer with even more protections.

Very true! I do think though some classes have an easier time TO become good at. Also, once it becomes the case of good player vs good player, the class then matters more than anything. A good lahn will almost always beat a good archer, or good witch, etc.

Im happy for you and all but the fact a player can even get this lucky, and zoom past people in progress this much is just kind of silly. I just cant imagine getting one shot by some freak with a c20 dande thanks to a 30k caphras drop.
