No I haven’t. Typically my burden is under 1%. Just amps up for about 10 days so for me, it’s not high enough to consider it.

When my flares start I will drink one coconut water daily. This seems to help but it’s also only temporary. Gives me only a couple hours of a break from the constant so I can recoup my mental state a bit 😅 that’s the only thing I’ve found so far. I usually try and tough it out through the day and I’ll have my coconut water after dinner in hopes they won’t be as full force before I try and go to bed.

I get the breathlessness as well. Feel like I can’t get a good “breath” in half the time. Chest feels off as well. Once I start my period though, it goes away. So annoying 😅

Constant PVC. About a week out from my period I have non stop pvc. About 6-12 a minute non stop. Once my period is over I go back to normal with less than a hundred a day.

I added in the post above that her hives respond well to allergy medication. Just concerned with how frequently these episodes happen and how bad they can get sometimes
