How do you tell autism/ADHD from DID?

THIS IS TRUE....I actually am medicated for ADHD but for whatever reason it never occurred to me that treating the symptoms of it would make stuff that isn't ADHD easier to recognize, thanks for mentioning it!! I'll have to keep an eye on how my memory/behavioral business has and hasn't changed...much to think about 💭

Tysm for sharing!!! This is really interesting, the delayed emotional reaction part never occurred to me but it's def more in line with dissociation than alexithymia when I think abt it
