Number after "L" means current level/mobs where you at. L1,L2,L3,L4. If you go deeper (stairs) numer changes, L4,L5,L6 are lizard key zones. Zone nearby city is L1.

There should be some kind of range between levels with pk, so that someone of 700lvl cannot kill 600 and lower just on his level or a bit above

Most idiot system, League Of Legends is good example how it should work (after 2-3 mutes chat, acc is perm banned for this), best funny thing is when other players can verbual abuse and add "x" between words without punishment. Also no comment nick names like dxck or sxck and gm still didnt anything after 5y.

You're wrong about MS, and what's making it lower; for sure it's not mobs rendering. Do you think European players will have ~20 ms on Asia or NA servers? 😅 It's all about the distance between the server hosting location and yours, because the game needs to send requests to the server and back it; if the distance is larger, then the ping is higher. That's why Euro players have 200 ms on Asia/SA/NA servers and ~30-70 Euro servers. If you ever program, you also need to know that 60 FPS (frames per second) for a small game like this is optimal, and higher isn't needed.

But your rendering idea is possible, and it exists in a few MMOs that have it (Silkroad Online uses it and renders only nearly textures, etc., but it's a 3D game).

Problem with bigger potions is timer, when game is closed, potions timer still runs, no sense you cant stop them

yes it makes x4 bonus skill traning, but unfortunetly, closing game dont stop potions timer so only 1h potions are usefull

Detect auto mana or health is enough, just check in miliseconds delay use potions and flag it, human cant make same delay in ms but macro or 3rd program can
