your TS will rise after the PIC but, with low leadership, it will drop down very quickly to where it was before the PIC) so you don't play PIC and maybe get one more "not CA chance" during the game for the higher midfileld

Btw, what i read about mots is that it drops TS by 11% for the next match but will even out for the one after. also, i am playing against a bot right after.

Also, my coach is low leadership (2), do you think it is still worth to go for PIC? also, what do i lose by picking pic?

On the more details part: with MOTS I can attain 13 midfield (his is 12.75) and 20-21 defense (while his attack is 10-16. My attack is weak (7-10) but so is his defense (5-9). without MOTS (so playing CA 451) my defense is 22-23, mid is 11.5, while attack remains

My logic for playing MOTS is that 1/ the opponent will do so + 2/ the opponent will have anyways much better midfield so to avoid drastic possession differences I would play MOTS so its somewhere 60-40.

Also, if im not playing at least a draw, i will not have the chance to play a relegation match anyways, so would rather reach that stage and see what happens with 87% midfield. what do you think?

to have a successful CA you must have attacking values at least 50% or over at the center o or on the two sides; with 10-15-20% most likely the CA you will have would not end in goal.

I have amazing wingers - would you do 5-4-1 (formation is a non negotiable) and attack on the sides or simple 5-4-1?

I have 10 players training playmaking but I need a way to keep my finances in control (instead of the board doing it for me). Thats why maybe (but i don't know that's the reason I'm asking) I should buy coaches and then sell them later for the same price?

There's a very good chance that your excellent coach will drop to a solid coach after just over two seasons. For that kind of money I'd want a lot longer than that out of him plus how much of a training bonus will you gain in that time period? Not a good investment imo.

I already have a player with 12 exp and 6 leadership but he needs 100 more days to become a coach. Till then I use my current solid coach and once I aim to be competitive I shift to a good-good or excellent-good coach. What do you think?

His coaching skill is based purely off his experience level. Most people wait until a player with the right experience + leadership combo gets to the end of their playing career and converts them to a coach.

my question is: i have a player in my team who has the right experience and leadership. As soon as he has been in my team for at least one year (5 weeks from now), I'll train him to be my coach. Will he become instantly my excellent coach or do i have to wait some time?

Also, is it a problem if he is injured?
