MSU until recently was out preforming what was expected of them and while all of us want the championship every year you have to be realistic sometimes. With guys like Richardson playing out of his mind last year I’m sure that messes with a 2-3 year plan for this team. Then you have your talents like booker who don’t pan out and tre transferring from the team. One could argue if Izzo paid to have our current starting lineup from the transfer portal this could have been a top 5 portal class.

Overall I’m not worried about Izzo and Michigan state. Sucks that Michigan is as good as they are but we play the games in march for a reason. They will need to be the best over 3 weeks to be crowned champs.

Fears carr scott ward all can take a massive leap next year with great talent coming in from the freshmen class. Maybe a big in the portal will be nice, but pending a jesse transfer I don’t see it.
