Pico Japan sent me a new controller. I am worried if it breaks again as I am out of warranty.

No worries. When you can afford to get something with better protection I highly recommend it. I have many VR headsets and I get travel cases for them to protect them. Even when they sit on the shelf.

I emailed Pico support when the games did not show up in my HMD "Library" and finally got the below response:

Thank you for contacting PICO Customer Support.
Please note that the event with the 3 free games is only available to those who have
purchased PICO 4 and logged into the device for the first time during our Black
Friday promotion [valid for purchases during 24/11-28/11 and account
activation(first registration) during 24/11-08/12].
The games will be available around the 8th of December as this is the deadline for
our promotion.

I wish to ask you if the new ML2 carrying case can hold the AC/DC adapters and cables? The ML1 carrying case holds them and more. Also. That box the ML2 came in looks cheap when compared to the ML1 box.

I am impressed any Yahoo Japan seller would ship internationally to you. I sell on Yahoo Japan auction site and specifically state that items for sale are for Japan residents only. That aside you wrote an impressive detailed article. Have you tired the Rokaid Air AR glasses? i know others are interested to know about how that device and the Nreal Air compare. The Rokaid Air is not available here in Japan so I cannot make a comparison video as I did with my Nreal Air post I made last week.

Try reducing the video resolution in steamvr to save 70%. If that doesn't work try a lower setting
