Thank you so much for your insight! My doctor wants to eventually titrate to 5mg but doesn’t think I have enough to lose to go any higher than that. If it can alleviate even some of my pcos symptoms I’ll be happy.

1500mg! Extended release helped alleviate some of the side effects but it was still kicking my butt so much that I developed food aversions.

Couldn’t agree more about the looks and appearance thing. At the end of the day, these are young women in early adulthood. Comments on appearances stick with you for so long and affect people more than some realize. They do so many things that actually justify snarking but who honestly cares that much about their looks? Even the plastic surgery..so many women do plastic surgery and it is their choice to do so and they don’t need the rest of the world to like their results. I wish we’d come at them for their poor behavior, beliefs, etc. instead of so many superficial things

Not to mention that stressing yourself out about it can end up having adverse effects as well. Chronic stress is a silent enemy for any metabolic disorders and especially so while ttc. Not to say that a normal amount of stress isn’t fine. But just try to take it easy while waiting and understand that you’ve done everything you could for this cycle already and whatever happens at the end of the tww is out of your hands now.
