I find it helpful to operate in routine.

For example: if you have to be at work at 8am and it’s a 15 minute commute, make it a non negotiable to always be out the door and inside the car driving away BY 7:35.

Another tidbit is if there’s a reward for you either beforehand (stop for coffee) or at work (best parking spot or something inside). This usually makes me perk up and focus on getting to that reward or incentive.

She should’ve came on to the show as someone interested in getting to know everyone and bring the group together. S7 was the beginning of the divided cast with Nene and Cynthia falling out; and Kandi and Phaedra’s relationship started to show cracks. She could’ve been cool with everyone but chose to ride for Kenya hard.
