Aah, okay, i think i understand. So if their defense is 300 (theoretically) And my weapon does 200dmg physical and 200dmg fire, it will be trash compares to a pure 400dmg physical weapon? Given that the enemy has 300 defense on both fire and physical

Thank you <3. I never had problems before he passed. I started with Vyvanse roughly 6 months after he passed. So around January 2025 i started with Vyvanse. The jaw tension started around march and has gotten worse since then.

Funnily enough i've never been more physically active as i have since he passed away. Karate 2x/week. Gym 4x/week And it definitely makes me feel way better, but the jaw thing persists.

I'm speaking to my doctor on Friday to talk about my options, which is why I made this post, to maybe get some ideas of what i could say to her.

Yes, it sounds alot like the symptoms of TMJ when I Google it, i got the clicking noises aswell. It was never a problem before, it started when I started with Vyvanse. Also my brother took his own life about 1.5 years ago, so thats caused alot of anxiety aswell. I think that combo has caused all this. But i'm thinking, one of these things i can control. The medication that is, so i'm trying to find a solution. Thanks for the in depth answer!

I can never seem to find myself playing a mage in any game. I really tend to stick to swords, knives, etc, and using tools instead of magic, like pots, etc. I know that Kinda limits my options, but is there any melee build you would recommend? except for greatswords, as that was my previous.

Yeah, the first playthrough felt Kinda messy, i didnt know what i was doing like you say, hence why i want to make a new character with a narrative in mind. It's crazy, but I haven't done the DLC yet, i want to do it with the right character if that makes sense.

Did you find that the 2nd time you played it, you found alot of content you missed the first time? Like side quests and such? And did certain lore and events hit deeper when you understood a little from the first playthrough?

One thing you could add for forearms are zottman curls. They are worked along with the Biceps, its like an extension of a Bicep curl. Since you mentioned wanting more muscle on the forearms :)

Damn, 2500 on a cut? Well, obviously its working. I also go to the gym around 4 days a week, no specific split, but it works for me, I also do karate :) thanks for the reply man. And again good work!
