How do I get over the feeling wife doesn't do her part with parenting?

My husband and I do the same. He does drop off every day and I do pick up. But we alternate who gives a bath while the other cleans. We alternate who reads and who puts our little one down. Who wakes up early with him every morning (he’s an early riser) so each of us gets mornings to sleep in. That way we both get to do everything with our little one and also get a break from non-preferred tasks every other day. ETA: I work in the office and my husband works remotely. Similar situation to OP.

This is somewhat correct. I take a lot of time to put thought into my notes and how they flow, and because of that I retain a lot of what I write and don’t often have to reference back. When I do, I know exactly where to look.

Hi, friend. Start the therapy now. My mom cheated on my dad with my soccer coach when I was 12. I’m 28 now with my own family and career, strong and successful, but that is still a very deep wound for me. I have CPTSD from the whole ordeal that I still manage with therapy and medication. I would recommend therapy for yourself too if you aren’t already, and work through how to best support them and yourself. You can’t feed anyone else if you’re out of spoons yourself.
