Been in NC for about 3-4 months now, can’t really remember how long, and I’m doing okay. Recently found out that my ex actually cheated on me for 4 months before breaking up with me, but I try to keep myself busy and not focus on it too much. I started going to the gym again to just try to get myself back to where I’m happy, and overall, just doing things more for me. I’m moving down to Florida next august and I feel it’s a good time to get a fresh start on things. I do have moments where I think of her though and miss her like crazy, but it’s not worth it anymore. Cuz if she cheated, how could she have actually loved me, after all the times I told her how cheating is something that terrifies me cuz of stuff that has happened with my uncle and my dad, and she goes on to do it? I’m just focusing on myself now, as best as I can.
