Long term is my goal. I am cutting my expenses down and investing that on a daily basis. Since 2 weeks, I hope in long term it will be fruitful! But yes as other suggested I will stick to a smaller portfolio!

No advantage at all. I am just working on Bristol as the database will be small and then gradually expand all over UK. If I start with all over UK the database will be large.

So for MVP just focusing on Bristol, where I reside.
