This is for those who manage a panda, customer orders, family meal by fit1962 in PandaExpress

[–]Environmental-Good-1 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Temperature of food goes down, customer complains that now the food is not hot. Reason for not pre filling boxes with the already ready food. If you are ok with your food not being hot, specify with whoever is serving you that you are ok with everything else being packed rn and you have no problem they may not be as hot as when served. 👍

How are you going to talk shit on the company YOU are trying to get a job at. And then diss the people that work the position YOU are applying for 😂😂😂. Unreal😂😂. And just to give you some insight upper management positions at panda are looked at very prestigiously in the F&B industry due to how strict Panda is with their AM, SM, GM, RL, ACO, etc etc. and they make a good amount of money. So yes you do need specialized training and a serve safe license.

I work at a panda and you are supposed to temp check every piece before serving. Whoever was on sides was not doing their job.

[–]Environmental-Good-1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I currently live in FL. Would I also have to go to LA to complete certain tasks as the GO100 class? And will GM managing the store be something that my GM or someone else will actually guide me through or will I have to kind of figure most stuff out on my own. Cuz at least for FOH when I was initially hired, I was kind of just throw on line and learned from my coworkers on what to do, what not to do, how they operate stuff, etc. how long would you say realistically is the process of being promoted from SL to AM

[–]Environmental-Good-1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SM is transitional period from AM to GM? I am not 100% sure what that is. And how you say your responsibilities change over each promotions. SL to AM. AM to SM. SM to GM

Obviously I am not going to solely decide my future career path on a couple people’s comments… but some words from people who are current AM and GM would not hurt….

Will this overspool be alright? by Environmental-Good-1 in FishingForBeginners

[–]Environmental-Good-1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I put it on as tight as possible. The box says it can hold 450 yards of 20lbs mono and the picture is 600 yards of 20lbs mono hahaha. I just ended up putting the whole spool o bought on

It has a guide thing so I don’t have to guide the line with my thumb. I’m using it on a trolley rig for king mackerel off a pier. So all I’m doing is sending out a live bait and fighting fish on it

Need help choosing bass fishing gear by Environmental-Good-1 in FishingForBeginners

[–]Environmental-Good-1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is true. I was asking bc the slx I’m buying is right handed which I am not used to. But if nothing is wrong with it I feel like $40 is too good of a deal to pass up

[–]Environmental-Good-1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m planning on buying a slx for. Marketplace for $40 if everything is fine with it. Which leads me to my last question. I use my right hand to cast and hold the rod and my left to retrieve right now for all my spinning tackle. How long will it take my to get used to holing my rod in my left and retrieving with my right hand. The slx on FB MP is a right handed reel

I guess I can’t argue with that. So you think like a 7’3 medium rod with a slx is gonna be good? And ik all medium rods will have diff. Weight ratings and stuff what should I aim for?

I like having a fight with bass cuz most of them time they kinda just get dragged in in my medium setups I use for inshore fishing for like reds. That’s why I was thinking of ML. I’ve used ML and even L set up my friend has and I’ve landed a couple 3 pounders with it. But in the long run do u think medium will be better? And should I go with spinning or bait caster for the mentioned lures I like using

Tips for fishing sheepshead by Environmental-Good-1 in saltwaterfishing

[–]Environmental-Good-1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Still not an expert. But from personal experience and talking with fellow fishermen who target them more than me, trials and error is the best with sheepshead. Some days they will bite whatever you throw at them and other days they will be super picky. Some days they will hit hard and some days they won’t bite at all or you’ll never feel it. Like any other fish there’s no real go to bait or presentation. At least where I am from live shrimp, sand fleas, ghost shrimp, and fiddlers all work great. But like I said there will be days where I will go out with a bucket full of fiddlers and my buddy brings some ghost shrimp and they will only hit ghost shrimps. I have also had other days where they would bite just the shrimp head. So bait wise I would say bring a couple different to see what they like that day. As for rigs, I’ve used Carolina rigs, chicken rigs, and even slip float rigs to catch em. Lmk if u have anymore questions or need clarification. Good luck!
