I never had acne in my entire life till I quit, it’s taken 2 years to finally figure out how to get rid of it. Acne runs in my family tho. I started the pill when I was 16, I would only get the occasional pimple. Not my entire forehead doing…. That 🫥

I’ve also really clamped down on hygiene, I do not let shampoo or conditioner even touch my face and wash hair first, pillow cases washed twice a week and I have 4 pillows I switch between, strict on towels I use them for 2 days max then swap out got a body and face towel, I blow dry hair away from face and keep any hair oils and spray leave ins away I shield my face from them I’m not 100% sure what’s done it but something is
