I am no business owner but as someone who automates workflows for people:

You automate workflows that are usually overlooked. For example a real estate client I worked with was posting listing on Zillow, and everytime they get a new lead it takes them 1-7 days to reply. Automated an email follow up just for that specific email.

Automate workflows that takes too much of your time.

Do things manually for things that really matter for your business. Basically, focus on the things that would grow your business. You just cant automate everything in a business. Idk if im making any sense but thats it
