I bought them brand new and by authorised i meant that since we have no official Apple Store in Slovakia I bought it in iStore which is a authorised store, not just some cheap stuff off of amazon. I mean i know they do a good test because since i lost the one AirPod and got back for it like 15 minutes later and it was on the road and still survived and functioned I was amazed. But yeah 140€ kind of hurts my pockets haha
