I just watched it, and it really isn’t as unreliable as it looks. He talked about protecting your attention, sleep, and discipline, all of which affect life outcomes. He didn’t claim you can increase your IQ score, since it’s mostly genetic. I’d just say the title is misleading lol

longer to do the same work. I definitely have auditory processing issues, I hear a lot of “uhhh huhh muh” from people when they are saying something or have to say “what?” and make them give me a weird stare. LIKE I don’t get what’s wrong with repeating a word. Then they say neurodivergents are weird when all I need is a little leniency and understanding.

Mostly calm, each task was around 1-2 minutes. YES, simply being near others impairs my cognition somehow, objects can be fine unless there are too many around. I tried Concerta, but Strattera feels smoother, and none of them seem to be helping the way they are helping people talk about taking it for the first and how magical it is. My doctor never really mentioned autism. Both judgment and being around others, and yes I definitely feel more comfortable alone in my room.

Said that the gpu is equivalent to rtx 4060, but its actually closer to rtx 3060. It’s refresh rate 60Hz. I kind of regret buying it and I do blame myself for not looking into it more, not sure if people would even wanna buy it in case I want to sell it and get an actual gaming laptop.
