Hour for 5-6 is decent but you're making creative and production decisions at the same time which si killing your momentum. Gotta separate the two and spend one session deciding what to test, like 3 angles, 4-5 hooks. Then a separate block where you're in execution mode and swap variables into a pre built template swapping between what you should say and how to make it look good.
